Connect Google Calendar and two things happen: Toozi pushes your tax deadlines, license renewals, and reminders onto your calendar, and it reads your appointments so it can suggest the hours or invoices you forgot to log.

How to connect

  1. In the app, open Deadlines and tap Connect Google Calendar.
  2. Sign in with Google and allow read access to your calendar.
  3. Pick which Toozi deadlines to push to Google; they appear on your calendar within a minute.
  4. Toozi starts reading new appointments and suggests billable time or invoices when it spots client sessions.

What Toozi does with it

  • Pushes estimated-tax due dates, sales-tax deadlines, license renewals, and your own reminders to Google Calendar.
  • Reads your appointments and suggests time entries or invoices for sessions that look billable, which you confirm by text.
  • Updates a pushed deadline on Google when it changes in Toozi, and notices when you move it on Google.

Good to know

  • Google Calendar only for now; Apple and Outlook calendars are not connected.
  • Toozi reads your calendar but never creates or edits your own appointments, only the deadline events it pushed.

Questions

Will Toozi see my personal events?

It reads the calendar you share with it. Suggestions only use event titles, times, and attendees to spot client sessions; nothing from your calendar is sold or shared.

Can I turn off the suggestions?

Yes. Tell Toozi "stop suggesting from my calendar" or disconnect the calendar in Deadlines. Pushed deadlines stay until you remove them.

Do I need this for deadline reminders?

No. Toozi texts you before every deadline anyway. The calendar connection is for people who plan their week in Google Calendar.
