How to connect
- In the app, open Connections and tap Connect next to Square.
- Sign in to Square and approve the connection. Toozi gets read access to your orders and payments.
- Toozi imports your recent orders and keeps syncing new ones.
- Text "how did the shop do this week?" and Toozi answers from the same books.
What Toozi does with it

I also take cash and Zelle at the shop. Does that still work?
Yes. Square covers card sales. Text the rest ("cash cut $45") or let your linked bank catch Zelle and Cash App deposits. It all lands in the same books.
Does Toozi file my sales tax?
Toozi tracks what you collected and reminds you before each due date. For California digital sellers it prepares the return; for other states and products it gives you the numbers to file with.
Will connecting Square change anything in Square?
No. The connection is read-only in practice: Toozi reads orders and payments and never creates or edits anything in your Square account.
