Who is building this

An accountant in tax since 2008, building for the one-person business.

An accountant builds Toozi: a degree in accounting and tax work since 2008. Income tax, sales tax, and the small taxes owners never hear of until a letter shows up, like use tax, excise tax and gross receipts tax. Eight of those years were inside small businesses, doing the books and taxes for owners who ran everything themselves.

That is where Toozi comes from. Every client had the same problems. Lost receipts. Missed write-offs. Skipped quarterly payments. A shoebox in April. A surprise tax bill. The owners were not careless. Every tool expected them to sit at a computer and learn software. Nobody running a chair, a route or a side hustle has that free evening.

Everyone already knows how to text. So that is the whole product. The person who answered "can I write this off?" for years decides what Toozi texts back.
